What types of Products do you sell?

        • Our products include photographic custom hand prints,  framed custom hand prints and digital files (for editorial use only)
        • Each image featured in our gallery was professionally captured by our very own ArcK Studio photographers. Each printed product on our store is reproduced from the original digital file using state-of-the-art printing technology in our own photographic studio. Following the selection of an image our team oversees the creation of your piece of fine art through reproduction, assembly and shipping.

What is a Photographic Custom Hand Print?

        • We offer prints in a variety of sizes, ranging from 6"x8" to 20"x30". If you are interested in larger photo sizes please contact us. When you purchase a photographic customer hand print, your image will be printed on archival stock with archival ink. Our hand prints can achieve light and colour stability of over 50 years under indoor display conditions. These are truly personal treasures that can last a life time. Photographic prints ship in 1-2 business days after sale. Domestic or International shipment time are on top of this (see below section on delivery times).

What is a Framed Custom Hand Print?

        • Our framed custom hand prints comes in standard black frame (1-1/4") with white mat. Contact us for other sizes and colours. Frames are offered in a variety of colours including black, white, silver and mahogany.
        • All framed prints are custom matted with an acid-free 2" white mat with a beveled edge. Mats are offered in a variety of colours. Please contact us upon placing your order. Acid-free glass provides clear, lightweight protection for your art. This presentation allows us to preserve your photograph for many years of enjoyment. Framed custom prints ship 4-5 business days after sale. Domestic shipment time are on top of this (see below section on delivery times).

What are the final dimensions of your Framed Custom Hand Prints? Will it Fit on my Wall?

        • Below is a sizing chart including the final dimensions of our framed custom hand prints. All sizes are measured in inches and are approximate.

Does the image on your site accurately represent what I will be sent?

        • Each image has been captured by our professional photographers and is reproduced from the digital file using state-of-the-art technology. However, we cannot guarantee that the printed product will accurately reflect the color settings of your monitor or mobile device.

 I have noticed the "ArcK Images" symbol appears on your online photos. What is this and why is it on the photography?

        • You are referring to a "watermark" that has been placed on the photos you see on our site to ensure that no one downloads the images without permission or pirates the photos without proper authorisation. Please be assured that this marking will not be on photography products purchased from the store.

Can a colour photo be converted to black & white?

        • Many photos on our site can be converted to black and white. Please contact us upon placing your order.

 Can I purchase the digital file instead of ordering a print copy of the picture?

        • Yes, digital files are available for download upon payment. But as per the license agreements we have in place with the event organisations, these are available strictly to media organisations and publishers for news reporting and editorial use only, prints or web. In return for the payment, we grant a Rights-managed license with restrictions on usage of the image. Editorial products must be used in an "editorial" manner, which means use relating to events that are newsworthy or of public interest. The image shall not be used for any Commercial Use, including any promotional, advertising or merchandising use.

 

DELIVERY TIMINGS

PRINT ONLY ORDERS – AUSTRALIA – 2 TO 4 DAYS

        • Print only orders to addresses within Australian Capital Cities and Regions are sent using Australian Post Parcel Post with tracking number. All recorded delivery items have a unique delivery reference to allow us to track packages. As we process the prints in house we are able to offer extremely quick turnaround times for photo only orders. Please allow 2-4 business days for delivery for print only orders. For urgent orders, please contact us.

PRINT ONLY ORDERS – INTERNATIONAL

        • Print only orders to addresses outside Australia are sent using Australian Post Parcel Post. These orders are traceable once they have reached the destination country. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days plus the standard Australian delivery time of 2-4 days. Every effort is made to ensure all international orders are sent as quickly as possible. International delivery times are subject to flight schedules, local customs formalities and prevailing local conditions and cannot be guaranteed.

FRAMED ORDERS - AUSTRALIA – 8 TO 12 DAYS

        • Framed orders to addresses within Australian Capital Cities and Regions are sent using Australian Post Parcel Post. Please allow 8 – 12 business days for delivery. We would expect to deliver orders quicker than 12 days throughout the year with 12 days normally only needed at the busier times in the lead up to Christmas.

FRAMED ORDERS – INTERNATIONAL

        • We regret that we are not able to send frames to addresses outside Australia. If you have placed an order for frames we will contact you to confirm approval for the shipping of the appropriate print only element/s and to arrange the refund of the balance. We can advise on price for deliveries outside Australia but in most cases prices are prohibitive due to the "volumetric weight" pricing system used by courier companies.

URGENT ORDERS

        • If your order is urgent please contact us and we will make every effort to deliver your order by the required deadline. We will confirm with you that the required delivery deadline can be met before processing the order.

 

PACKAGING

PRINT ONLY ORDERS

        • Extra Small photo size (6" x 8") and Small photo size (8" x 12") are flat packed. The photos are sent out in cellophane sleeves and packed using corrugated envelope stiffeners within board backed envelopes for maximum protection. All larger photos sizes are rolled and sent in tubes to ensure safe delivery.

FRAMED ORDERS

        • Framed Orders are sent in cardboard boxes with layers of foam for the best protection. All frames are finished with corner pieces and shrink wrapped prior to sending to ensure the highest presentation quality and safe delivery.

 

RETURNS POLICY

ORDERS ARRIVING DAMAGED

PRINT ONLY ORDERS


        • If you have ordered print only items that arrive with damage to the packaging that in turn damages the product inside, please return the order complete with packaging to us within 7 days of receipt to ArcK Photography & Printing, 2 Cudgee Street, Turramurra, NSW 2074, AUSTRALIA. Once we have received the damaged order we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund including the cost of delivery.

FRAMED ORDERS


        • If you have ordered frames and the items arrive damaged please contact us as soon as possible – within a maximum of 7 days of the delivery date. If the damage to the packaging is visible on receipt of the order from the courier or Australia Post please sign for the order as “Damaged”.

Please keep all packaging, paperwork and the product/s together and repackage. Once we have been notified we will arrange a convenient time for our couriers or Australia Post to recollect the damaged order from you. Once we receive the order back from the courier or Australia Post we will send out the replacement order or if required issue a full refund including the cost of delivery. ArcK Photography & Printing will not be able to issue refunds for damaged goods that are not reported within 7 days of receipt of order.

30 DAYS MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would like to withdraw from the purchase of an item, you can do so within thirty days of the day after the date the item is delivered.

PRINT ONLY ORDERS


        • If you have received a print only order that you no longer require, please contact us FIRST and have it returned within thirty days of the day after receipt of the order. Please return the item with all packaging to ArcK Photography & Printing, 2 Cudgee Street, Turramurra, NSW 2074, AUSTRALIA. Once we have received the product/s in saleable condition we will issue a full refund less any delivery charges.

FRAMED ORDERS


        • If you have received an order for frames that you no longer require, please contact us FIRST and have it returned within thirty days of the day after receipt of the order. Please keep all packaging, paperwork and the product together and repackage. Once we have been notified we will arrange a convenient time for our couriers to recollect the order from you. To qualify for the refund the product/s must arrive back with us in resalable condition – frames must still be shrink wrapped.

Once we have received the item back in resalable condition we will issue a full refund less delivery charges. An A$50 handling charge to cover onward and recollection delivery charges will be taken off the refund amount.

We regret that the money back guarantee does not apply to bespoke orders where a personalised caption or non-standard size has been ordered and subsequently approved prior to delivery. In these cases a credit for the amount paid taking into account delivery charges will apply.
