This Site, the material on the Site or made available via the Site (referred to in this section as the "Content") are provided on an "as in" and "as available" basis.

To the full extent permitted by law, We exclude all liabilities in contract or negligence and We disclaim all express or implied warranties:-

"Personal Use" means the private display of an image print in a non-public setting solely for an individual's personal appreciation.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, We, our directors, officers, employees, partners, licensors, agents or other representatives shall not be liable for:-

(a) Any direct, indirect, incidental, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind;

(b) Loss of: profits, revenue, data, use, good-will or other intangible losses;

arising out of or in connection with the use of this Site or its Content, sales of its Content or reliance on its Content.
